Nutritionist Nmami Agarwal shares a list of 8 such tips.

I will be the time; In my spare time, I usually devote time to working out because workout/exercise is one of the most important ways to stay fit and healthy. Cardiovascular activity helps to strengthen the heart and lungs, while strength training helps strengthen muscles and stretching reduces the risk of injury by compromising your flexibility. However, workout/exercise results in increased blood circulation and helps to fight depression, anxiety and stress by producing happy hormones.

Note: Stretching should be done at the very beginning of the workout and at the end of it.

Healthy eating habits: As I eat fresh fruit; vegetables I can shape the salad into a pot. It doesn’t end here, whole grains play another important role in my diet. My only idea is to maintain a healthy balanced diet by emphasizing foods from all five nutrients, carbs, proteins, fats, vitamins and minerals. It gives you the ability to digest the food you need. Finally, restricted processed/junk food items containing artificial flavors and sweeteners/added sugars, excess fat and sodium are also suggestions that I always have in mind.

Walk while talking on a phone call: The type of work I do is part of a sedentary lifestyle, which can be the cause of muscular degeneration, spiked glucose levels and anxiety. To deal with it, I always prefer to walk while taking a phone call with my clients, as it breaks up the necessary hours of boring sitting and also keeps certain health parameters in check.

What kind of sleep; Well, quality sleep is quite difficult to get these days due to a busy schedule that mainly affects mental and physical health. Lack of sleep shows adverse effects on concentration, mood, metabolism, memory, immune system and cardiovascular health. Therefore, always make sure that you have quality sleep that can help repair and restore the body’s necessary cells and parts.

Regular health check ups: Health checks are important to keep track of your health physiological health. For this reason, it helps to promote the internal health of the body by choosing appropriate changes in lifestyle or taking the necessary medication. So get a health check-up done once in six months or in one year. If something is abnormal, immediate action can be taken under the guidance of a physician and nutritionist.

As a positive place; Building and maintaining a positive environment is extremely essential to remain calm as it helps to promote happy hormones and boost mental stability which is also an important aspect of staying fit in mind and body.
