The gallbladder is a small, pear-shaped organ – it is located on the right side of the abdomen, below the liver. Natural remedies that can help prevent the formation of calculus
“While there are some natural remedies that can help prevent the formation of gallstones, there is no scientifically proven natural remedy to remove existing gallstones,” says Dr Mohanty.
Some of the natural remedies that help prevent bile formation include;
* Eat a diet high in fiber and low in saturated fats
* Drinking a lot of water
* Consuming foods that are high in vitamin C and magnesium
* Maintaining a healthy weight by exercising regularly
